Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MuseMind (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit this website. We are committed to protecting your data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

2. What this website does

This is a marketing website. There is no user account, login or payment. You can browse the pages, subscribe to our newsletter, send us a message through the contact form, book a call through Calendly, and watch an embedded video. Each of these is described below.

3. Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (with Google Signals)

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referral source). This helps us improve the site.

We have also enabled Google Signals, an advertising feature of Google Analytics. When you are signed in to a Google account and have turned on Ads Personalization, Google may associate your visit to this site with Google’s own information — which can include your location, search history, YouTube history and data from sites that partner with Google — to provide us with cross-device reporting and aggregated demographic and interest data. We do not use this feature to target special (sensitive) categories of data. You can review and delete this activity in your Google account at myactivity.google.com.

  • Cookies and consent: Google Analytics and Google Signals set cookies and process identifiers and an (IP-derived) approximate location. We load them using Google Consent Mode: analytics and advertising storage are denied by default and are only enabled after you accept via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent under the FADP).
  • International transfers: Google may process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Retention: user-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted. Aggregated reporting data is not affected by this setting.

More information: Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Advertising Features Policy.

4. Performance monitoring — Vercel Speed Insights

Our host, Vercel Inc., provides Speed Insights, which measures anonymous web-performance metrics (e.g. page load timings) to help us keep the site fast. See Vercel’s privacy documentation.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you updates about MuseMind. The form is handled by Formspark (Trampoline Software SRL) as our processor.

  • Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; this withdraws your consent for future emails.
  • Retention: we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

6. Contact form

When you use the contact form we process the name, email address, organisation (optional) and message you provide, in order to respond to your request. The form is handled by Formspark as our processor.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).
  • Retention: we keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 12 months afterwards, then delete it.

See Formspark’s privacy policy.

7. Booking a call — Calendly

If you choose to book a call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly (Calendly LLC). When you open and use the Calendly flow, Calendly processes the data you submit (such as name, email and chosen time) and may set its own cookies. Calendly acts as an independent controller for this processing. When the booking widget loads, it may also load Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection) and Stripe (payments), which can set their own cookies. See Calendly’s privacy notice.

8. Embedded video — YouTube

We embed a video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), provided by Google. The video loads only after you click play; from that point Google may process data and set storage on your device. Before you click, only a thumbnail image is shown. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies are used to make the site work. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are only used after you consent through the cookie banner. You can review or change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.

10. Recipients and processors

We share data with the following service providers in order to run this website:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and performance monitoring
  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — analytics and embedded video
  • Formspark (Trampoline Software SRL, EU) — newsletter and contact-form delivery
  • Calendly LLC — call scheduling

11. International data transfers

Some providers are based outside Switzerland and the EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where this is the case, transfers are safeguarded by recognised mechanisms such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Form submissions (newsletter and contact) are processed by Formspark within the EU (Ireland) and are not transferred outside the EEA.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • request restriction of, or object to, processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@musemind.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, your local data protection authority.

13. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “last updated” date above.

15. Contact
